Disney isn't an agency of the state of Florida.
The CDC/NIH and FDA are agencies of the federal gov't, and in fact part of the executive branch. Trump was responsible for the CDC while it snowed the weak in the country into believing BS about the virus.

Ron wasn't looking to pick a fight with Disney, it was Disney who started it by trying to get the anti-groomer education law over turned and threatening to unseat legislators who supported it. Of course, Ron got a nice lay-up on the culture wars.
