BBC? Whats the real story? I know there was more than one vandalism case.

“It was not until after the indictment was returned that the DOI provided additional documents that showed…..” what we’re now talking about. Which is precisely what I said. Maybe we’re just not on the same wavelength here.

Yep…just to save Trump from embarrassment. I wouldn’t doubt Trump directed someone to put 86 47 on the grass just to get the Trumptards stirred up.

This wasn't new evidence, though. These were old emails and work journals, predating the incident with Hearn, that were intentionally withheld to carry water for the administration's charge of vandalism. If they had been produced when they were originally requested there would be no indictment. Instead it took a member of the defense team showing up to the pool and pointing out that the damage couldn't have come from vandals, and the government miraculously found some exculpatory evidence.

Why can't you comprehend simple concepts?
Because it doesn't exist! It never existed because it would have been an Intermediate Advisory. Given that there were ZERO active watches or warnings at that time the NHC DID NOT ISSUE AN INTERMEDIATE ADVISORY AT THAT TIME.
Please, try not to be so dense.
Now, find the "missing" image that you "believe" you saw.
I'm not being dense; I'm telling you I saw the image myself. I live in Central Florida so these things affect me. This one especially because it was my first year in Florida.
I'm not some Trump cultist, I'm not just making shite up to defend him. I don't even disagree with the basic premise of the claim in that he would do that. I just know I saw the image that had the cone going into Alabama on a predicted path of the gulf.
And now it no longer exists. Trying to tell me it just never existed isn't going to fly. I'd accept it was a bad image, that it was removed due to some data error or any other logical explanation. I'm not going to accept it never existed because I saw it.

You did not.

It never existed. How the NHC operates means that it could not have existed. The path and cone would not have changed with the "missing" advisory which means what Donald showed could have NEVER existed, that's the reality of the situation......not what I "believe I saw" one night a few years ago.
Find the image.
I'm done.

I honestly have no idea what you bare trying to argue at this point. It’s literally black and white what happened here and you are still trying to run some type of interference campaign because you can’t stomach the admin looking like idiots again which is very obvious here.

Yes, there is video evidence of vandalism being committed at the monument. Are we supposed to simply ignore video evidence?
The best video I have seen to come close to supporting your claim is actions that could arguably be called vandalism to already failed coatings. IE taking a bit of already floating coating. They did not cause any damage to the reflecting pool coating the coating was not properly applied and failed. It is as simple as that. From the day they finished the coating it was already a fact that the coating would fail and it would have to be redone.

And right on cue, Doug Burgam goes on Twitter and doubles down on the vandalism story, calling out the DOJ. Which means 1 of 2 things has happened, neither look favorably on Doug
1) He knows the contractor failed, but he's publicly going to back Trump no matter what and make sure he's seen as "loyal"
2) He's actually right, but he doesn't have control of his dept and lower level positions are passing off incorrect info to the DOJ that he seemingly couldn't stop

I can't wait for his name to show up in a hurricane thread. The "you don't know me but" line will flesh itself out. Will he be rds* or Peej level? I dunno, but I got money in on Polymarket.
* apologies to the other rds level posters, but sometimes being first is important.

I’m simply saying that they were in good faith during the process, up to and including the receipt IN HAND DOCUMENTED exculpatory evidence. Nothing at all rare or unusual about this situation. It happens somewhat routinely, throughout the entire country. It’s our imperfect yet best around criminal justice system.
That’s all I was saying. Source: extensive on the job experience in this same exact area.

So when are the Dumocrats going to admit they were caught red-handed attempting a coup d'etat after Trump won the 2016 election?
19 downvoted me so that means they are Dumocrats.

You sound as mentally retarded as "Trumptards" saying that.

I’ve seen you carry some disgusting water for this administration, but this is a new low.

Let’s try to work through this together. Let’s pretend Donald Trump has nothing to do with this whatsoever. Nor Pirro. In fact, let’s just assume generic, no-name characters, with the same exact circumstances. Nothing changes in my remarks. It’s not a personal or emotional or really even a subjective thing. It’s objectively the same process and potential outcomes.
Posted on 8/1/26 at 6:14 pm to davyjones
Yeah dawg, if the government made shite up to indict an innocent man just to cover up the failings of their own vanity project, I’d be upset no matter who the characters involved were

Do you share the same thoughts about Jan. 6?
Yes, I definitely believe their were bad actors at J6 that deserved to go to jail. We don't call it the "The Fedsurrection" for nothing. Now can you admit that the media played the American people and that the entire thing was set up by Nancy Pelosi and the deep state to frame Trump in order to try and keep him from running for office again?
Posted on 8/1/26 at 6:29 pm to CrimsonFever
When are Democrats ever going to admit that they are money hungry corrupt criminals who only care about power in order to make themselves and friends rich? That they used Covid-¹? to steal the 2020 election with the help of China in order to put a inept Manchurian Candidate in the White House? That Obama wasn't actually born in American and that they forged his birth certificate. What I am saying is at least the Trump administration can admit they messed up. Give an example of the Democrat Party doing the same thing.

OK
Kennedy took personal responsibility for the Bay of Pigs
Obama admitted his mistakes in Libya after Gaddafi's fall
Now give an example of Trump doing it.
Here, even though Pirro et al are taking the mea culpa, he is loud and proud that they are wrong and he is still right.
For the record, I think this sort of tit-for-tat and whataboutism is weak and does a poor job at making a point, but when you permit a single fact you did not allow for to derail your argument, it could actually be useful in the future.
