First off, above the graphical image loop you will find links to all cone products, 3 Day, 5 Day, and both with and without the center line. You will also find links to all other products. That's why it is called an "archive".
Now, what you are claiming is "missing" is where there would be "Intermediate Advisories". The NHC does not issue a regular Intermediate Advisory throughout the entire life of a system/storm. They only issue an Intermediate Advisory if there are watches/warnings out. If, not......they stick to the regular advisory schedule. 2am is a time when they would issue an Intermediate Advisory. From the time you claim is missing there were no watches/warnings posted (can be seen and verified on the graphic archive), so there was no Intermediate Advisory issued.
Even if there is something missing, as you claim, you have another problem. What would be missing (if it were actually "missing") is an Intermediate Advisory. The NHC does not alter or otherwise change the path or the cone in an Intermediate Advisory. So, what would be "missing" would be the cone and centerline as it was in the Advisory immediately before it. That means it is impossible that some random track forecast was included in the so-called "missing" graphics because the NHC does not update cone and centerline path in Intermediate Advisories.
ETAA: You can verify this by looking at Advisory 18 and 18A (A is for Intermediate Advisory). At this point Dorian was clearing Puerto Rico and the BVI. Hurricane and tropical storm warnings were active. With advisory number 19 those warnings had expired and no other watches/warnings were active. The NHC returned to the normal advisory schedule, meaning they were not issuing Intermediate Advisories. You can verify that by seeing that there are no active watches/warnings and that the advisories go 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24 with no active watches/warnings and no Intermediate Advisories (which would show up as 19A....20A....etc). Watches/warnings were issued for the Bahamas area around the time of Advisory 24. At that point you will see Advisory 24A which is an Intermediate Advisory. You will also see that the track and cone forecast did not change with the issuance of that Intermediate Advisory.
If there is, in fact, something missing......find and post it.

Reminds me of the covid thread that got bumped a couple of days ago...but I think yall were on the other side of the argument then.
They found evidence that disputed their own charges. And they dropped them. Sounds like the system worked perfectly to me.
