They found evidence that disputed their own charges. And they dropped them. Sounds like the system worked perfectly to me.
Except for the whole “making shite up to charge a guy in the first place” thing, yeah, it was all by the book

Which was obvious from the start but the cult crowd ate it all up.

Trump already throwing Pirro under the bus as expected.

You act like Trump was the one that arrested him. Just because this guy was innocent doesn't mean that psychotic Liberals weren't doing things to the pool to try and make Trump look bad.

On Saturday, Trump alleged that vandals at the historic landmark cut a 250-foot-long gash into the pool. In his post Tuesday, the president said the damage was made “by a very sharp knife or razors” and “is actually numerous slashes over a very long 350-foot length.”
“It was purposefully and criminally done, and somebody had to work very hard, probably in the dark of night, to create such a condition,” he wrote. “Likewise, the small area at the bottom of the Pool was cut and powerfully lifted off the surface, leaving very jagged, uneven edges.”
Trump told reporters Monday that the pool had been cut “very violently.” He also alleged that “chemicals” were illegally placed in the water and threatened a “10-year prison sentence for the destruction, or even the attempted destruction, of such things.”
Trump was going to have people put in prison for years to cover up the shoddy work that his contractor did. You've been had. There was no vandalism. It was all a lie that you bought into rather than think critically and dare criticize Trump.

Do you share a similar position about individuals who were charged for Jan 6 crimes?

This is the most pitiful one yet!
I truly can't understand how some people continue to do it.

A DC jury acquitted a queer democrat caught on camera assaulting an ICE agent with a subway sandwich. It was going to be a tough case with career bureaucrats in the parks service attempting to blame the damage on the contractor. Deranged democrats clearly vandalized the pool and those in this thread arguing otherwise are retarded clowns.

A real sentence. Said without irony.

Do you have some evidence that the DOJ wasn't aware of? From the court documents:
quote:
These documents indicated a rushed and flawed installation process, with repeated failures of the lining during the installation process, and extensive peeling of the lining throughout the Reflecting Pool.
quote:
Almost immediately after work was initially completed, peeling was observed along thepool perimeter. The NPS engineer's June 11, 2026, email stated that the cause of the damage wascontractor error via “overspray”; that the peeled lining would not float; and that the peeling would“not impact the strength of the liner.” The engineer's report also suggests that removing the linerat the perimeter would have had no negative impact on the economic value ofthe liner. Moreover, the July 20, 2026, inspection by contractors confirmed that overspray and delamination had occurred, again pointing to contractor error. Finally, a recent visual inspection showed damagethroughout the Reflecting Pool, even in the middle of the pool, where a vandal would not likelyattempt to peel the lining. Given all of this newly discovered information, it is difficult to attributethe widespread damage to the Reflecting Pool to vandalism, let alone to establish that fact beyonda reasonable doubt. For all of these reasons, the government, in the exercise of its prosecutorial discretion, respectfully requests that the indictment be dismissed without prejudice.

The president is completely bat shite crazy, but the last guy was a worse president, so therefore it's okay that the new guy is batshit crazy.
Exactly.
Democrats and Republicans alike would be well served to finally be able to grasp a simple truth: multiple things can be true ar the same time. For example, it's certainly possible for Trump, Biden, and Fauci to all be pieces of shite at the same time.

If this is true, people like Mullin and Pirro need to start calling press conferences and dumping the jobs in Trump's lap. Mullin talked like a tough guy when he challenged a guy to a fight in a Senate hearing. But if he had any balls at all, when Trump publicly countermanded his decision the day after he made it, Mullin would have called a press conference and told Trump to frick off and shove the job up his arse.

You’re clearly running with it as if it were. You thought it out too far for that not to be the case.

Still waiting to know what the frick this has to do with anything right now.
Trump male groupies on this board: Biden was the worst president in years, maybe ever.
Also Trump male groupies on this board: Biden did a lot of the same things as Trump.

Yes, there is video evidence of vandalism being committed at the monument. Are we supposed to simply ignore video evidence?
