Ol' sledhead don't know jack. The conspiracy is happening up to and including today. Obama commited a federal offense before he had his first coffee this morning.
He's toast.

Oh shite. I'm sure someone will infer THAT is a continuation of the conspiracy, at some point
According to Matt Gaetz, Brennan perjured himself again in 2023. SOL runs to 2028.

That may be true.
I'm only discussing Russiagate, not something else unrelated that happened in 2023. Russiagate was over by early 2017.

Brennan opened his mouth and lied in 2020 with John Durham and then again in 2023 with the House Judiciary Committee.

So treason is immune from prosecution potion if the POTUS is the one committing it?
We should all probably consider the possibility, that what the Tigerdroppings poli-board considers treason and what federal law considers treason, might not be all that close.
Just a little something to think about. That's all.

But there’s no deep state.

At least expose this crime and all names associated. This might help with midterms which is very important

Which specific enemy did Obama, et al give aid under this scheme? There are none.
All of them. Iran, North Korea, China, Yemen, Russia, Cuba, etc. Hamstringing the sitting president with known false allegations provides aid and comfort to any and all countries who want this country weakened.

That's not how this works.

Hmmm... let's talk about how that works then. Please list for me the specific enemy, and which specific aid was rendered that resulted in each of these treason convictions.
Philip Vigil and John Mitchell, convicted of treason and sentenced to hanging; pardoned by George Washington; see Whiskey Rebellion.
John Fries, the leader of Fries' Rebellion, was convicted of treason in 1800 along with two accomplices, and pardoned that same year by John Adams.
Governor Thomas Dorr 1844, convicted of treason against the state of Rhode Island; see Dorr Rebellion; released in 1845; civil rights restored in 1851; verdict annulled in 1854.
The abolitionist John Brown, the first person executed for treason within the United States, convicted in 1859 of treason against the Commonwealth of Virginia, murder, and fomenting a slave insurrection for his part in the Harpers Ferry raid.
Aaron Dwight Stevens took part in John Brown's raid and was executed in 1860 for treason against Virginia.
William Bruce Mumford, convicted of treason and hanged in 1862 for tearing down a United States flag during the American Civil War.
Walter Allen was convicted of treason on September 16, 1922 for taking part in the 1921 Miner's March against the coal companies and the U.S. Army at Blair Mountain, West Virginia. He was sentenced to 10 years and fined.
I'll wait.

In the HIC Meeting:
During the hearing, then-Congressman Matt Gaetz, R-Fla., went off-script and questioned Brennan not only about the laptop letter but also about Russiagate. Brennan responded by saying, “the CIA was very much opposed to having any reference or inclusion of the Steele dossier in the Intelligence Community Assessment.” This claim is now demonstrably false, as shown by the newly released Tradecraft Review. That statement alone could be grounds for perjury if someone follows through.

Can't do any of these treason executions anymore. Back then things were different.

If Trey is correct, the SOL on that perjury ran in 2022
That's why he said if they were gonna be prosecuted, it should have happened back then.
How could they prosecute if the ones involved hid the documents that could implicate them committing a crime. Wouldn't that fall under a new SOL for obstruction?

Anyone paying attention knew it was going on. Gum flappers like him and Hannity talked about the crimes ad nauseam, and absolutely nothing was done.
This should all set a precedent for how to conduct campaigns for the spineless Republicans. Gloves off- no consequences whatsoever.

Republicans are experts at pointing out crimes and then letting the victims suffer by denying justice.

Gowdy has always been part of the corrupt Political Establishment. I'll admit, there was a time when I didn't realize that fact.
Hell, Gowdy has stated that the current-day politician who came closest to being like one of the Founding Fathers was none other than lyin' Paul Ryan.

Doesn't this beg an obvious question? Hey Trey, then why didnt you try to do something about it?

I think Brennan might have an out on that. I forget the finer points, but the Steele dossier wasn't technically included in the intelligence assessment, was it?
I think it was included in some sort of addendum they presented to the committee with qualifiers attached to it.
I can't remember though.
