In fairness to Gowdy, he called it perjury in 2017. Why didn’t the DOJ refer Brennan for perjury then?

What you're missing is in that scenario you quoted of me, "the law" doesn't support the convictions (anymore, it makes some of you feel better in terms of phrasing).
