Doesn't matter. They still had security clearances. They represented themselves as authorities and sold the lie with their co conspirators in the media.
I think you can make a case for the clock starting again for them stick.

Read the statute on treason and explain to me how that fits

18 U.S. Code § 2381 - Treason
quote:
Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.
Sabotaging the presidency with known false accusations of collusion, undermining the president's ability to conduct the business of the United States, is absolutely giving aid and comfort to every enemy of this country. Fits like a glove, counselor. And not OJ's gloves.

then change the law, temporarily? Seems like that has been done recently?

This makes me think of the time when some anon baker interpreted each motion filed in PACER as a sealed indictment and really got the storm-horniness going.

Does that mean he can empty fort Knox and give all the gold in the US reserve to progressive groups? Fort Knox falls under executive control.
Do you remember the dissents and arguments from that immunity case?

All that coward ever did was run his mouth.

It matters a lot for the conspiracy you're creating.
How did it start, again?

That's not how this works.
Which specific enemy did Obama, et al give aid under this scheme? There are none.

Not at all
Which specific enemy? Which specific aid?

In fairness to Gowdy, he called it perjury in 2017. Why didn’t the DOJ refer Brennan for perjury then?

Oh shite. I'm sure someone will infer THAT is a continuation of the conspiracy, at some point

The costs of prosecuting these people and failing is far too great, and Trump isn't an idiot. Taking that swing at Obama in particular and missing would ostracize MAGA even further from normal society. “(Quote SFP)
So honest people get the ‘OJ Simpson’ version of justice? And all those who go to jail re Rule of Law, for FAR LESS, feel what?
MAGA won’t let Epstein go and they won’t tolerate this as well. Nor should they. It only proves that a corrupt government cannot be reformed with governmental mechanisms. The Founders knew this and aptly planned and advised accordingly.
Disgusting. A curse on all who knowingly supports this would be fitting as they deny truth. Strife and authoritarianism in the pipeline and well deserved.

That's why this is in the lap of the DOJ to sort out and charge if necessary. And Cornyn and Lindsey Graham now want a special counsel. With three and a half years of Trump term left, you know that is a black hole.

What you're missing is in that scenario you quoted of me, "the law" doesn't support the convictions (anymore, it makes some of you feel better in terms of phrasing).
