The Friar’s Club had this issue a few decades back too.

The Greeks have to be destroyed because they are probably the only large scale influential organizations still on campus with widespread conservative/traditional views of things.
Schools will rue the day they allow this to happen too. Greeks are by far the most loyal graduates and supporters of the schools. The vast majority of normal students get their degrees and never set foot on campus again. Greeks come back for events and games.
