Not falling for the marriage trap. There is no upside for men. The courts and legal system favor women and always have. They can file for divorce anytime they want and can end up taking at least half your money, home, possessions, and children. The courts would also rather give custody to a lousy mother than a good father. Take care of yourself, keep your own home and money, and stick to casual hookups. That's the only way a man comes out ahead.

Therefore, being "traditional" is becoming more and more

You might make an argument for that if you have multiple kids and the wife also homeschools them. Otherwise no. Most of these "tradwife" TikTok stars have no kids and just want some man to support their lazy arse while they stay at home and play on the internet.

One of my mother's friends from church was a "stay at home wife". Her husband died suddenly and the woman was dumb as a bag of bread. My mother had to teach her how to pay bills, banking, fill out a job application, etc. Maybe stupidity is an attractive quality for some men but it isn't something I look for.

My mother-in-law was a tradwife, with one child.

Her day consisted of:

-Waking up at 4:30 AM
-Making breakfast
-Getting her daughter up
-Feeding her
-Making sure daughter is ready to go to school
-Waking husband up
-Getting husband breakfast and newspaper
-Sees them both off
-Puts on sweats
-cleans dishes
-cleans kitchen
-tends vegetable garden
-tends rose bushes
-cleans living room
-cleans bathroom
-watches Price is Right
-does laundry
-Pay bills
-goes grocery shopping
-Watches General Hospital while folding laundry
-Vacuum living room after laundry
-Puts house dress back on
-Makeup
-Picks daughter up from school
-makes snack for daughter
-has her start homework
-starts dinner
-Greets husband
-Sets table
-Serves dinner
-Cleans dishes
-Cleans kitchen
-Tucks daughter in
-Bedtime around 9:00

As far as the TikTok tradwives. . .if they are keeping the house on 100, that is fantastic. My wife could never do that, even though her mother could.

So my wife works. That is her contribution. If she could keep the house and take care of the kids 100%, she could stay at home.
