Unfortunately for Massie he can’t get elected to president without the people he ran away.

He was right all along. People treat politics as a team sport, and any criticism of the administration is “muh cuck” instead of thoughtful guardrails.

He wasn’t right.

He drifted into the crazy land of the Epstein jagoffs because he thought it would hurt Trump.

Are you referring to voters or the over represented ethnic minority that threw record amounts of capital towards getting the guy ousted?

Idc what the guy that got sodomized in his own district has to say.

The Jews weren’t responsible for your loss, sir. Sorry.

He was right about the things voters care about, which are controlling costs and not involving ourselves in endless wars. No one flipped over the Epstein files

Voters do not care about controlling costs. They care about controlling costs they don’t benefit from.

If voters cared about controlling costs, no elected official who is currently in DC would have been elected.

His seat was taken by another republican. He is proving he is still butt hurt. He has every right to read the Epstein list to the world, yet he wont. He just talks about it.

Vance said it best. Trump caused this being stupid and over estimating his popularity/strength.

Not the voters in his district apparently, else he wouldn't be sniping tweets from his couch.

No mention of health care

You have an aging demographic and they are the most likely to vote

Republicans made a major issue out of ObamaCare but never addressed how to replace it. Republican Party will be in the crapper until they address the issue.

Ignoring it will lose votes
Not creating a Republican Plan will lose votes

Border
Gas
War
Border
Guns
Etc
Etc

The silent elephant in the room has ALWAYS been health care for average Americans and the more the Republican Party fails to address it, the more votes they will lose.

Massie is a solid conservative and got bludgeoned by MAGA and Trump because he dared to disagree. I agree it was splitting the party when he would speak out, but isn't that what it's all about. Ideas and thoughts.

This is the same thing that happened to the Tea Party when Trump was elected in 2016. The Tea Party went away because of Trump. If anybody disagreed in the party they were ridiculed by Trump and his followers and it forced the others in the Tea Party to go along with Trump if they wanted to keep their career. See Ted Cruz or JD Vance.

In 2017 you had senate and house members ready to go after the IRS, Hillary, etc, you know drain the swamp, and Trump said he didn't want to go that route. Then instead of Repealing Obamacare like he promised, Trump decided to "Repeal and Replace". We can blame McCain for that not passing, but "Repeal" would've passed without the complications of replacing it.
