They got videos of people locking the doors at CiCis pizza, when a group of "hostile" looking people start walking up.
After watching that video. I completely understand.
They have a bunch of those franchises for sale.
Ive seen them around under 400k.
They have a big rep. of not being profitable.

I’ve come to a theory that many of these chicks have chemical imbalances due to poor diet, lack of exercise, etc. The black women who work out in the gym I go to are always nice, and don’t seem to have these same attitudes. They generally seem happy, are courteous to others around them, and aren’t loud and obnoxious. Maybe I just got lucky on the gym though.

It no longer matters. The service industry has been taken over. I live in an upper class area and we have a "fast casual" restaurant that is franchised. It is not fast food, but not fine dining. I am friends with the VP of Operations of the group that owns the franchise.
A few days ago, my family and I went to this place. There was an incident similar to this, where someone was mad that their food was taking too long and profanities were screamed, dishes were thrown and broken, and a counter was swept.
About five of us got up and walked toward what was happening. The lady thought twice and called us all racist mfers (mind you we did not say a word, just walked up). She left and we helped pick up the stuff. Another guy asked if they were going to call the police and the girl said "It happens all the time."
On my way home, I called the VP of Operations on his cell phone. He confirmed that "it happens, not all the time, but it happens" and it's always the same demographic. Said he had a manager walk out one time and lay hands on the person, and they were sued.

I own a gym and aside from Mexicans lately, the most frustrating demo by far, and it’s not even close, is dealing with black females.
LOUD AS frick. Fat as frick or in shape, does not matter, but guaranteed to dress as slutty as possible.
I have two that come in daily, both obese, both “professionals” in town (PE teachers), both with beats headphones on, rapping and singing loud as shite to whatever they are listening too. I asked nicely weeks ago to tone it down and they did for a few days, yet here we are again.
So what do you, be a dick, get racist bullshite thrown back at you for calling their bullshite or just cancel their contract and lose out on about $1200 for the life of the remaining balance?

I honestly don't know what the answer is... as a franchise you're damned if you do and damned if you don't.
My husband and I thought about getting into the business... there were a lot of gaps in our town of such places. I'm thankful we didn't... there is no defense available against such behavior. Funnily enough, CC's was what we were looking into. There's only ONE anywhere near us and it's in a bad part of another town- we figured our little slice of unincorporated utopia could use one, but we thought twice.

It's the hair hats, the weaves... think about the constant headache one would have having their hair pulled so tightly.
I'm not joking... tight hair leads to headaches. I'm white af and a tight topknot stresses me out... their whole head is pulled tight. Of course they're angry and short tempered.
