Obama and Joe played the strong-arm game many times. It was disgusting. One that sticks out in my mind is where they used our money (in violation of the law I might add) to reward the Kenyan Government and lobbyists in Kenya to change their constitution to include abortion.

That is what Democrats are saying the "lawsuits" are regarding. The article also mentions lawsuits against the administration. Trump couldn't have possibly meant the lawsuit that New York just filed last week over the Trusted Traveler policy, which Trump put in place because of New York giving licenses to illegal immigrants could it?
Trump has also said that change was due to national security issues - which he directly references in his tweet.

They impeached the President without a crime being committed as neither one of his articles were of statutory crimes.
