You let them be "enlightened princesses and queens" and that's what they are. They have all of the power and influence, and when something goes wrong, the responsibility and blame are always elsewhere.
It's this "Anglo-Irish" culture that sprouted this mentality IMHO. It's wonderful in most ways but not in every way.

Women, like male Democrats use emotion to use decisions, not logic. It leads to problems, because most women rarely make sense with their decisions. It doesn't start back with giving women the right to vote, but women have become more powerful in the world, and that's the major issue.

My wife acts like she isn't capable of doing the simplest things sometimes, I don't know if she's looking for sympathy or for me to do it for her, but that train has never been at the station. That is indeed, a symptom of her upbringing, and neither her nor my daughters gets any sympathy from me. In fact, I'm probably harder on my daughters so they don't end up like my wife.
