That's really what it boils down to for them. No one is ever going to be a "perfect" candidate for everyone, hell they won't even be the perfect candidate for most of their supporters. Usually, elections are choosing the "lesser evil" but as time goes on it seems that the "lesser" part isn't quite as "less" as it used to be.
Or, maybe the coming of the interwebz has just made it easier to find out things about candidates which have been much easier to hide in prior decades?

Well this board seems to think the whole city was burning. The NFL game should have been canceled and that is the most dangerous place in Europe. Yet many from this forum were there last week and no one had any issues.
