Yes sir. 53 Republicans in the Senate and they need 60 votes to pass a bill. Democrats just need 7 no votes to shut down the government.

the Dem party is proud of your lack of knowledge about how our government works.

They count on electorate like you to swallow what they have to say and parrot it back in places like this.

You are what is known as a low IQ voter. You are treasured within the Dem party

So congrats I guess........

Yes the same Dem party who threw the country into recession during the Biden admin and then decided they could create an entirely new definition of recession (instead of the traditional definition) in order to pretend we weren't in recession. Shut the government down for half the 4th quarter of 2025 in order to intentionally harm the Trump economy. They did not succeed into a negative territory. They only succeeded to harm the economy so they could tout a weak economy.

They are invested in the failure of America (currently) because they don't like the guy in charge. Period. Full stop.

And you apparently support them in this investment. So congrats again I guess.

Do Republicans suck? Absolutely. They are spineless trash in on the grift.

Do Republicans suck while you simultaneously are the type of citizen that progressives target due to a low IQ and lack of understanding of basic Civics? Again, absolutely.

Isn't the tech industry having the most layoffs?

Did the tech industry hire anyone with a pulse during Covid, because they thought the world would never return to normal?

The answer to above is "yes".

Some of you have a very short memory and forget what covid tried to do. It was essentially the beginning of the great plan

- Total government control - "you will take a shot to interact with society", vaccine cards, checkpoints
- UBI beginnings - Stimulus, PPP loans that did not require payback if used by government standards
- Leftist utopian hellscape - no rules around work, work from home, paid even when not doing work,
- Media control - Government censored speech through control of social media

Government money was free flowing and tech companies were snatching it up hiring anyone with a pulse to get some. In return, they did the governments bidding.

The two most overstaffed sectors post covid was government and tech. Now they are returning to normal levels, although government has been overstaffed for decades.

A lecture on civics from advocates of unitary executive theory & a coalition that wants to memory hole fake slates of electors.

From people who complain about moneyed special interests in govt but supported Elon Musk & defended citizens united for two decades.

Democrats are milquetoast do-nothings, but the Republican party is a dumpster fire.

No principles, they just regurgitate the spin of the month these days.

those are a lot of really big words and run on sentences that have nothing to do with the topic at hand, your lack of understanding of how our govt works, or the fact that the Dems are not 'do nothings" but in fact actively working against a strong US economy.

You're IQ is not being raised by the use of big words.

Apologize if my vocabulary scared you.

According to the heritage foundation, since 1980 a grand total of 68 non-citizens have voted.

Voting is a big enough pain in the arse, people don’t need passports. The bill is stupid, that’s why it is failing.

Guys, Kamala Harris posts on this site. How neat!

That's a lot of word salad and has nothing to do with your ignorance on the topic of the OP.

The party I once supported has been, and is actively and purposefully doing things to hurt productive citizens all to get the orange prick. When they "succeed", this is what happens.

It's not your vocabulary that scares me. it's your lack of knowledge about how our government works and your inability to stay on subject that scare me. They scare me because you have the ability to vote without the ability to think. Again, you are the Dem's wet dream, congrats on that.

The shut down caused by the Dems in the 4th quarter of 2025 was, according to the Dems, over the funding of Obama Care subsidies.
Whatever you are now babbling about has/had nothing to do with it.

Carry on making yourself continue to look foolish though. We can all use some Friday entertainemnt
