Crossing the Rubicon was the only way to try and neutralize whatever threat he poses. They’re going all in to try and stop what’s coming.
I realize it’s basically cliché at this point to say they’re scared, but even a neutral observer can see they’re scared shitless.

We are approaching a cascade failure for them, if we aren’t already there.
At a point, bad decisions catch up to you to where every action you take to reverse things just makes things even worse.

I keep saying that it concerns me that the dems aren't acting like people who know they're underwater in a midterm year. Normally, they'd be figuring out how to turn things around and refocus their messaging. Now it seems like they don't care because they know they'll win regardless.

Monday morning story on the Today Show is Trump had overwhelming support at CPAC over the weekend with over 60% of the poll. Tuesday morning story on the Today Show is Trump's house gets raided by the FBI and an interview with Nancy Pelosi. Coincidence, or are they scared? If Trump is hated so much by the voters, why don't the D's want him running again?
