Language matters. The Left controlling language is how they have moved to country over the years.

Correct. If you want your child to grow up to be a good Catholic, you send them to Catholic school

I had always assumed that they were considered "Public" because they are paid for by tax dollars...not because the public actually has any governance over them. This is not new...some people are finally awake enough to smell the coffee.
