No. I did my own research. The guy's name is Charles Narciso. We had a productive discussion about it in another thread, Ex-Popcorn solved the mystery near the end of the thread.

As much as I COULD. So far, I have to take NBC's word as to the guy's name. The rest is pretty well sourced in the exchange between Ex-Popcorn and me towards the end of another thread on this. From all that, I'm pretty sure he's a former postmaster from Rhode Island who recently moved to Pennsylvania. But...you never know.....

FWIW, hours ago before the NBC report, a women replied to that original twitter thread and said the guy is the postmaster, that his name was Chuck, and she knew because her husband works with him.

Amen to this! It also doesn't help our cause when people just believe what they want to believe rather than pursuing the truth.
Example: those who are angry with me for pointing out evidence that shows the "ballot harvester" in Northampton County, Pennsylvania was probably just a postal employee delivering mail-in ballots to an election center.
