Riot police were deployed outside Poland's Constitutional Tribunal on Friday and Polish President Karol Nawrocki turned his plane around on Friday while travelling to Senegal after police entered the Constitutional Tribunal and its president was suspended.

quote:

Outside the court, PiS supporters chanted "Tusk traitor", according to an AFP journalist at the scene. Some protesters prayed while holding Catholic rosaries and religious images.

During the PiS party's time in power from 2015 to 2023, the European Union accused Poland's highest court of being too closely aligned with the government.

The court ruled on several occasions that Polish law took precedence over EU legislation.

Prime Minister Donald Tusk pledged to resolve the dispute with Brussels after winning the 2023 election, but President Karol Nawrocki has blocked his appointments to the court.

Ok this was the bitch that RA's ** noted**
Still think they are alters. IP check?

I don't RA anyone. You however seem to have a habit of not posting on topic in threads. Like whatsoever. You did it the other day and you're doing it again now. And the other day I'm pretty sure one of the admins also happened to be posting in the same thread and saw you pulling your stupid shite.

I didn't have to RA you, dumbass. Your stupid bullshite was on full display for everyone to see.

And sure, go over to the help board right now and create a thread for an IP check to see if DeBoar and I are the same person. I'll tell you the same thing I've told many others, you're far from the first retard to think this. If it were true, it would have been dealt with by now.

Now shut the frick up and stop dragging threads off topic, you fricking imbecile. Jesus Christ you act like a fricking child.

I apologized but the thread was whacked for some reason.

Poland is in an odd place but they were the line hold out against Muslim exploitation. I agree with this board that Islam is not compatible with our values unless they assimilate. Banning pork and dogs from public areas is happening.
I can admit that I have some prejudice against their beliefs.

Well at least I'm not the only one.

And yeah that admin gets really touchy when you talk about Q. I didn't think about that.

You sure are an angry one.

And here is the guy leading it.... Donald Tusk
100% correct!!

quote:

Restoring the rule of law is our duty. After years of PiS-led lawlessness, this is a difficult process, sometimes painful, and it requires decisive action. There is no other way.
The above is a statement made by Tusk, which, like nearly every leftist statement from the past 100yrs, claims the opponent's fidelity to law and order as his own, despite his own rampant lawlessness.

The POS took advantage of a Polish Constitutional loophole to try to stack their pseudo-SCOTUS equivalent. The Polish President responded in kind. Both were right. Suffice it to say, their Constitution framers were not Madison, Morris, et al. Tusk thought he'd used a loophole to stack the court. The Polish President found a legally equal loophole of his own to thwart Tusk.

Now suddenly, loopholes SUCK! Tusk no longer wants to abide the letter of the Constitution.

TOUGH!

Which faction will flood the overwhelmingly white, Christian, conservative country with illiterate third world black and brown people that hold beliefs that are diametrically opposed to Poland’s?

I’m pulling for whoever will do that because I’m progressive.

an interesting power sharing system over there

• President of the Republic of Poland (Head of State): • Currently Karol Nawrocki (elected in 2025 via direct popular vote). • Acts as commander-in-chief of the armed forces, represents the state internationally, and holds the power to veto legislation (which can be overridden by a 3/5 majority in the Sejm).
•
Prime Minister (Head of Government): • Currently Donald Tusk (led by the Cabinet of Donald Tusk). • Nominated and confirmed via the Sejm, runs domestic and foreign policy, and leads the government.[/quote]

Let me guess, Tusks foreign policy is very pro “letting in all Muslims, especially those who verbally expressed their desire to rape white women“. – huh?
