The hope was for a reasonable interpretation of how one becomes a citizen. They failed us.

No I think the ruling they made is a dumb way to do it. If they want to push congress just say that an EO wasnt the way to do it.
It was obvious from the start that an EO can’t be used to repeal a constitutional amendment. Shouldn’t need the SCOTUS to tell us they.

They continue to pass responsibility to Congress,

Just to clarify, they did not do this with BRC yesterday.

What you do see is purely emotional arguments, like OP, which are the actual hallmark of sky screamers.

So many of y'all sound like Democrats trying to make everything a crisis so your team gets its way. That's the Democrat playbook.

So you're mad at them for doing their job?

They're not supposed to go rogue and interpret things how you want them to

You would have an absolute conniption fit if they did that in the opposite direction

Let them do their job and quit whining

so the SCOTUS has NEVER gotten a ruling wrong, because by you stating they are doing their job they get every ruling correct.

The law today is no different than the law was last week or a hundred years ago. Stop with the histrionics.

The USSC's job is to decide if all laws created adhere to the Constitution. Their job isn't to legislate from the bench or circumvent the Constitution. If you don't agree with their rulings, then its up to Congress to enact new laws and the President to sign them into law. Our forefathers saw fit to establish the 3 branches of government for a reason.

The literal writers of the 14th amendment said that it wasn't for foreigners or temporary visitors

Justice Kavanaugh provided the solution when he invited Congress to “amend” the 14th "or otherwise enact new legislation” that strips automatic citizenship from the children of “those unlawfully or temporarily in the country.”

This legislation and the save America act has to be passed.

Anyone that refuses to nuke the filibuster needs to be replaced.

We have to rally the 80% of the population that is not voting to get out and replace the RINOs.

We cannot afford to accept feeble attempts from the RINOs any more.

But the Supreme Court isn't meant to satisfy the political whims of any partisan group.
Would you say the left leaning justices do this more, or the right leaning justices?

With an innefectual congress that hands off legislation to presidents to enact as executive orders subject to the judicial, how can ANY important measures be implemented?

Constitutional Ammendments. Legislating through the court system is easy. Just appoint the people you want that agree and when it comes through the court system... you get what you want. THAT is what has been happening.

Constitutional Ammendments fixes that shite. Yes, it is a much harder path compared to legislating through the courts.

Might not hurt to start voting out some of these anti-American motherfrickers in governors offices all the way up through the House and Senate. This ain't about Trump. This is about people like Ilhan Omar coming in to this country... clearly anti-American... and getting elected. WTF.
