Every president has immunity for all acts under color of being president
If the act is not connected to the government there is no immunity.
For example, if trump went to your school and pulled out a gun and shot you, that would not be covered ( although one could argue justified - also assume no national security interest)
Trump would not have immunity as president for that act.
You really are too stupid to post here- there are standards
