Decision was 10/6/2022 in the 10th circuit. What was the decision? So it’s being appealed to USSC?

This is just a writ application. Until the Court grants the writ and dockets the case for briefing and argument, it is meaningless.
Also, the Court could grant the writ, order briefing and argument, have oral argument and then issue a decision that the writ was improvidentally granted.
So, nothing to get excited about.
