They do not hold as nearly as much sway as they used to. And i'm not sure why they would have supported Trump in 2020 and 2016 but not in 2024 because of some rapper? You either stick with a party that gives you some sort of voice, or go extinct.

Wrong and lacking evidence at least for either of our adult lives.

The federal government just perpetually fricks things up so the retarded moderates just switch parties thinking that will solve it.

Every word

He believes her to be a grifter that will soon betray and be used as a bludgeon against conservatives.

That may happen. I don't understand shutting people out based on what COULD happen, though. What if she continues telling her story encouraging other black women to turn conservative?

Not only that, there are already enough grifters in the R party. Matt is employed by one whose true allegiance is to Israel.

Some people think she's scamming MAGA. Not sure I would have let her speak there, but whatever.

It’s such an old, played out talking point.

This isn’t 2001 and these people aren’t voting for shower dad, his coked out son, and trannies in the little girls room. No matter how objectionable Trump may be.

Do you give these people any credit or consideration at all for possibly evolving a bit and maybe tempering what they want out of government and especially the federal government?

Look at Stout's example.

This is about cultural victories, not federal power displays/authority.

And no, I don't think they evolve. They just accept some marginalization for a time if they believe their silence will be fruitful, but eventually the debt comes due.

Do you even know who that person was who gave the Sikh Prayer?

Read this.

quote:

This woman, who gave the Sikh Prayer at the RNC, is Harmeet Dhillon (@pnjaban), is one of the most important conservative activists and lawyers in America:

-She filed lawsuits to stop Stay-at-home order during COVID
-Defended James Damore when google fired him
-Sued Antifa on behalf of
@MrAndyNgo
when he was assaulted
-Sued on behalf of College Rebpublican when Berkley cancelled Ann Coulter's speech
-Sued to stop Hawaii's COVID quarantine orders
-Was a legal advisor on Trump's 2020 campaign
-Filed a lawsuit against Kaiser Permanente on behalf of Chloe Cole (
@ChoooCole
) for damage done by gender transition surgery and puberty blockers
-Served as Chair of the San Fransisco Republican Party
-She is the Co-Chair of "Women for Trump"
- She represented South Bay United Pentecostal Church other Churches when Gavin Newsome shut down churches during COVID. (She won injunctive relief from the Supreme Court in 2021)
-Her firm filed a lawsuit the City of San Jose, when they demanded people purchase insurance and pay fees to own firearms.
-Worked with Center for American Liberty, Thomas More Society attorneys, and Nebraska malpractice attorney Jeff Downing, to sue the University of Nebraska Medical Center on behalf of Luka Hein for the damage done by childhood gender transition
-The Dhillon Law Group was hired by the Republican National Committee to file a lawsuit against Google fir discrimination against the RNC
-Her firm won a $100,000against Spreckles School District for transitioning a girl behind her parents back

*******

The list of things that she's done on behalf of Republican and Conservative causes goes on and on.

The vitriol, hate, mockery, derision, and general malice directed toward her is utter nonsense. She has had a spine of steel in taking on causes that other law firms were afraid to touch including COVID restrictions, Schools Transitioning kids, and the Medical Transition of minors.

She has taken on a leftist machine of Universities, government, corporate entities, and pharmaceutical companies...and she's been getting wins. To attack her now for her faith, clothing, or her skin color is to stab her in the back after she risked her entire career taking on lawsuits on behalf of conservative causes that nobody else would touch.

I'm a Pentecostal Christian, but I don't need to agree with her faith to stand by the character of the woman.

She's done more for the conservative movement than any of us on this board

NOW MAGA/AF cares about that?

The amount of echo chamber grifter CTs on page 1 of this forum argues otherwise.

Well before you give someone that platform you should be confident enough to trust her sincerity.

Matt doesn't.

That's not gate keeping imo..

Matt Walsh works for one of the biggest grifters in the R party. Ben would throw any of us under the bus for Israel in a heartbeat.

Did you miss post-911 America? That got Bush 2 terms.

John "cover the naked statues" Ashcroft was his fricking AG

Now, the cultural shift will end up net-positive for the left over time. That's been the pattern for all of civilized human history.

Okay. Well, at least you're honest in how you see them.

Personally, I don't see them as this big boogeyman massive monolith (as someone alluded earlier, I think they are about as small a fraction of the voting public as they've been for a long time) that's just waiting patiently to get their foot in the door and turn the country into some sort of Evangelical theocracy. How many people are even following this Walsh guy?

through feminism and other extremist groups, the left has tied the culture war to politics.

Its mainstream now, you cant separate them.

Republicans embrace populism and gay marriage, and nominate Trump.
Fake arse RINOs: we’ll never win again!!!! We need evangelical voters!

Republicans maintain a connection with the religious voter as Dems slide into debauchery.
Fake arse RINOs: we’ll never win again if we keep courting these evangelical voters!!!!
