Just curious are cops trained to stand in front of car they think may fell? So much of police of police training seems to be focused on being their own safety I cant imagine standing in front of a vehicle is best practice.

Good to know, I always thought we were supposed to stop and wait when they were letting traffic from a different direction get through.

Is that even close to what to the question I asked, it had nothing to do about if the woman should driven towards him. In a situation where a vehicle may flee or the status is unknown are police trained to stand in front of the vehicle?
