Will this video and defense of the ICE agent help or hurt in the mid-terms? I say help. Americans know bullshite when they hear it even if they don't want to hear it. So I say this will help in the mid-terms overall. thus the political capital 'net' is positive.

The officer's priority shifted in one millisecond from "enforce the law" to "survive for the next second!" What was going thru the idiotic woman's brain was not even on the list of important actions to take.
It would be like a person getting killed for pointed an unloaded pistol at a someone's head and beginning to pull the trigger. Anyone would be justified in killing that person ASAP.
The fact that the newly deceased person KNEW the pistol was unloaded would make no difference in what the other actors in the vicinity do = that would be the ultimate F.A.F.O. !!
You should never do that.
