Yeah the democratic party sending a gay couple to EVERY church in the country to truth test them sure sounds reasonable

People went from business to business. Then sued them.

Should charities be taxed?

Do you believe that your more radical gay contingent will use this to punish churches that they don’t like?

Similar to cake shop shopping to file suit?

Not to every business in the country. I would be surprised if it was 1% of businesses

No one should be taxed, in the context of taking portions of one's earned income with no exchange of goods.

Maybe if you went to church you’d realize nearly all of them don’t make money.

send gay couples and request gay marriage ceremonies ?

Yep. Not to every church though. Just those not approved by the radical left gay Klan.

Bake that cake isn’t different than perform that wedding.

There is a clear separation between Church and State.

Please show us where it's written in the US Constitution.

The funny thing about that Dansbury letter, it doesn't project what the AntiChrist Groomers think it does.

No such law or attempt would withstand Constitutional scrutiny.

This administration has made a mockery of the Constitution and SCOTUS thus far has been reluctant to push back.

If they are spending a bajillion dollars plating the front of their building with gold and jewels while paying ZERO tax on the revenue that they generate? Yes.

There are good charities and bad. There are good churches and bad. The problem is sorting them.

People keep saying MTG is crazy and stupid but she often seems like the most rational and intelligent person in the HoR.

Bad charities take advantage of fools. Fools eventually run out of money.

No need to punish the good because of the bad.

Who could be trusted to determine good from bad? IRS? Lol

Your link looks like a proposed amendment to the actual bill. Has it been accepted?

There is no more bullshite argument than someone talking about what a bill does without citing specific language or linking to specific sections.

This is one example, but go look at tweets and reports about pretty much any bill, most recently the "inflation reduction" mass spending bill. Ask a proponent to quote a section that actually does anything to reduce inflation.

People should read bills. Preferably before they decide whether to support it or not. Instead they just wait for the moron elected officials they support to tell them what to think.
