It was Slovakia that sent it and in your story they deny the one they'd given had been hit. The only source about it was the Russian defense ministry so keep your eyes peeled for open-source intel. The Ukrainians (or Slovakians for that matter) denying a loss obviously won't be dispositive.

Remember the reports that Russia had completely destroyed the Ukrainian army/air-force in the first hour of the invasion?

We know what's happening in the vague aggregate, but granular details (like what's been hit/not hit/etc) are going to be obscured to us for a very long time, at least until after the war is over.

While I don't know the exact reasons, I think its safe to assume that the burn rate on munitions during a major war is fairly high. The US didn't fight WW2 with just the stuff it started with...that would seem a rational answer to your question. Now answer mine.

I think the obvious reason would be its a major reason why they are destroying and things will change if Ukraine doesn’t continue receiving aid.
FYI a win is a win regardless of how much another country helped you out.

Do armies that are successful not also expend munitions?
Why would you think that moderate battlefield success would result in zero demand for additional weapons and ammo?
