Why can’t Building the wall be done without government involved any at all?
Why can’t Trump lead a group of private general contractors that bid on the project like Trump has done all his life?
Why can’t the private landowners just allow the contractors to build a fence on their land?

If the Clintons had thought of this, the wall would have been funded in 1993 and the plans would have surpassed all previous walls. But the wall would still not be built.
