She's just throwing gasoline on the fire when it comes to the "humorless career bitch" stereotype.

If I were in the Air Force and I were that E5's supervisor I would direct him to file an IG complaint for harassment.

Then, I would find the first General Officer in my chain of command and have him/her go straight to the AF CoS to have a little talk with his senior enlisted advisor about how to behave on social media.

Edit: I dug a little deeper into this and it appears the OP doesn't have the proper context.

The SSgt in question has repeatedly spammed the same question on every one of her Facebook posts.

Where the Chief screwed up is by not using the words, "This is now the ____th time you have trolled one of my posts with the same question." She should have also said she would inform his command about his behavior.

Earlier this year, the Secretary of Defense put out policy governing behavior on social media. Her response was excessive, but the individual she was responding to was in violation of policy by repeatedly spamming the same question.

He definitely got the ball rolling, but Obama shoved it hard and sped it up 10x.

Her response was something I'd expect from a high school chick. Between her and Wright's racist screed he dropped on the way out they've really been on a roll.

Just read her update. She handled the situation in a very reasonable fashion.

Teammates -- I just had a good conversation with SSgt Banks. His question was simple and honest, but having him and a group of people ask it repeatedly across multiple posts was trolling. I wanted to understand where he was coming from, and get his thoughts on how our values should translate in the social media landscape. I hope he feels the same. We are working to build the culture our Air Force needs. To do that the foundation has to be based on RESPECT, and I'm glad SSgt Banks is working with us to get after that. That respect is a two way street that doesn’t end when our Airmen decide to engage on social media. I’ve seen a few comments that have been more than a little disrespectful toward SSgt Banks. That’s not okay. That’s not who we are. Our culture is based on respect and values diversity and inclusion. Let me be clear, the culture we need is not one that we can turn off and on like a light switch. We need people who are all in and ready to get after it. It's collectively who we are that makes us better. One more thing…it’s Bass. #bettertogether #respect #accountability #character #bekind #beagoodperson #thecultureweneed #bassorbass #notakaren #Team19

I don’t get all this military SJW stuff. You don’t need diversity. You need people to wreck shite.

Who cares what color they are? Can you wreck shite? Cool. Get busy.

I'm trying to picture some of the sergeant majors (sergeants major?) I've worked for penning something like this. They sure didn't give a shite about how their "values translated". I'm not even sure some of those guys could read.

100% this. Our military is full of pussies now. Not even the softest Officers I served with had vaginas like this.

I’m triggered she referred to them as airmen instead of airpeople. Very sexist against the women in the picture. Disgusting

No she didn't. She jumped WAY down the chain of command to resolve this.

If I were his commander, I would file an IG complaint on her, then tell her publicly that I was filing a complaint because she showed a lack of respect for me, my commander, his commander, etc. by bypassing us to deal with this directly and by basically saying that I was incapable of leading. I would close with a senior enlisted advisor that behaves like this is not someone I can trust to have my back as a commander.

Bill Clinton didn't try to shove trannies in uniform or women into combat roles. From a base level service member perspective Obama was WAY WORSE. Now if the argument is on a strategic level, I'd be open for that debate.
