The Georgia Court of Appeals has *APPROVED* former President Donald Trump’s appeal to disqualify Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis and her office from the Georgia racketeering case

Might Turn out worse for Trump, because they could actually appoint someone who is competent

If she is disqualified her entire office is as far as I know. They can try and appoint a special prosecutor but this case is ridiculous and never was going anywhere anyway.

OK, but that does not necessarily vacate the bill of indictment handed down by the Grand Jury . Just delays things. If Trump were to lose the election, Fani or no Fani is irrelevant. You want the charges dismissed

It'll probably mean that it will be appealed to the Georgia Supreme Court. They'll likely have the final say on this.

It would be removed from Fulton county and re assigned to another DA outside metro Atlanta where the charges will be dropped.
