No sir. I've read DEA reports and NDTAs dating back to Trump 1.0, including the one put out by Trump's own DEA earlier this year. Nowhere in any of those reports does the DEA even attempt to establish a link between Venezuela and fentanyl or its precursor chemicals. Fentanyl is not even mentioned in sections dealing with Venezuela. In no official capacity has the DEA attempted to link Venezuela to fentanyl or its precursor ingredients yet it is leading the way as the emotional ploy to drive public opinion and rally support for the actions against Venezuela.

There has been no link established between china and Venezuela when it comes to precursor chemicals. Fentanyl and those chemicals that are seized are often sent to labs to test purity and chemical makeup. Every submission to those labs is tracked and presented publicly in reports. Venezuela accounted for zero tests ran at those labs.
Direct shipments of precursor chemicals to the United States and super labs in Canada is a much, much greater concern/problem than anything Venezuela does in regards to precursor chemicals, which is negligible to non-existent.
