Also, the way he's pushed back, if the road had been completely dry, I don't know he would have slid out of the way or if he would have been run over.

There's Relentless alter.

Shoot the tires out!
It is a silly argument.

Something I never noticed before but it looks like he’s losing his footing as he begins to initially react. Right as he begins to fall forward the suv nails him in the chest and he rolls off. If he falls a half second sooner or she steps on the accelerator a half second later, he’s either lying on the ground getting run over or he’s catching the grill of the suv in his upper neck and head area.

Dems are going to say that's no reason to receive a death sentence.
The hell it isn't. How does he know she isn't going to run over him (if he falls) or run over somebody else?

The Tim Pool episode that shows the slowed down video is really telling. She accelerates enough to spin the tires as she steers. You can see the officer's feet get taken out from under him as the first shot rings out.

You’re being dishonest and lying here.

The worst was ivory falling for the nyt liar who (with an argument that defied physics) "proved" that he wasn't struck.
I didn't fall for it. From the perspective of the NYT video, you couldn't see much of the shooting agent's upper body. I thought the NYT video (not the analysis) was really good for showing the position of his feet for all three shots.
Under Minnesota law the Hennepin County Medical Examiner should have already completed the autopsy. I wonder if we will ever see it.

This video was the FIRST version released. From this angle, it certainly DOES appear that the vehicle struck him.
In the video taken from the other angle (driver's side), it appears clear that contact (if any) with the vehicle was minimal.
Well, if one angle shows the ball clearly crossing the plane of the goal line but another doesn't, what's the call?
Touchdown 100% of the time.

Someone said that over the weekend and I said, he was trying to, but he may have accidently fired his gun from the impact. It's why the shot was so low on the windshield, they started searching for more videos and have not responded since.
For what it's worth, this person believes the shooting was good by definition/law, but the officer should have done more to avoid having to get to that point. So, he's halfway there.

Completely irrelevant to the legal standard applied. You admitted was struck. End of story. You should know that, Hank.

Now calculate the speed and weight of car towards the power of impact. While he sustained rather minor injuries those injuries are not something one would accept willingly and disregard a reaction. As this happened prior to which he received something like 30 stitches I’m sure he was careful how he handled himself in front of a vehicle

On his body cam video, you can hear him taking the hit.

Righteous shot.
The only possible issue I see (and this is based solely on the sound on that video) is firing multiple shots after contact. I’m not saying this IS an issue. But if I were arguing any sort of failure to follow procedure (criminal prosecution is per se out the window), it would be the second and/or third shots.
Have they confirmed which one was the kill shot?
This is more morbid curiosity than anything.
