Corruption. That's the only way they kept this Ponzi Scheme going. It all started back in 2008 when they did not let the market naturally recover. Stealing taxpayers money to create jobs that are not needed is one hell of a scam

Most Americans have no clue how much wealth street level Americans lost from 2007-2010 and how much wealth consolidation went to the top 1%, happened to some degree again during the Covid-19 Hysteria Scam.

DC and suburbs should be a wonderful area of our country, and it is NOT.

Maybe in 4 years, things will change!

don’t give a crap about DC, but I hope DOGE doesn’t crash our economy with all these cuts.

Huh? Guck those people that used my taxes for their own wealth.
Gotta break eggs to make an omelet. Markets will find another way to make money.
I'll go thru a depression to get better. (But I'm loaded in crypto and will just beach bump for a couple years

I lived in Bethesda for 6 years after I got my degree and my first career job. I hated every minute of it. People in that area are the worst form of a-hole you can imagine.

I would actually visit New Jersey, New York and Virginia to find actual human beings. That city just drains the life out of you and the longer you are there you feel less human.

Being a history buff I would go almost every weekend with me and my dog and look at historical sites, that part of it was great at least.

Some of the worst humans in the beltway.

There is at least one I know who has made a living scamming the government.

His wife works for the government and has sued them and won the last time they tried to lay her off.

Awful liberal couple I would not shed a tear if they had to pack up and move at loss.

It was always going to tank as soon as all of the duplicitous employees were sent back to whatever state they crawled out of., Then whatever depts. are deemed needed will be moved across America, leaving a bunch of empty real estate with its thief/owners not being able to sell it.

Most of those who lose their shirt will be people that deserve it.

The amount of homes for sale in DC is about 20% less than Dallas.

Dallas has like 8x more people
