How many times do you read about someone being sentenced for a stolen, obliterated serial #, felon in possession, fully auto?
Always listed in arrest but never sentencing, Why?
How many listed above are federal crimes?????
Why aren’t we hearing about all of those sentenced for the switches??
fricking this!

They “may” be arrested and prosecuted, but rarely convicted and sentenced. Usually plead to lesser charges and released back onto the streets by Soros prosecutors.

The narrative that black people aren't prosecuted in this country, especially for gun crimes, is beyond retarded.

I wouldn't guess that it is too often a stand alone charge and conviction, huh?

Of course, I don't suspect it is for white folks any much more either.

Maybe not "higher rates", but certainly differently as in Ruby Ridge and Waco.

Oh I'm sure they'll be arrested, 27 times and still end up back on the street to make videos like this

The ATF is a federal agency and doesn't have the resources to deal with small local gangs doing what small local gangs do.

No. I said as much earlier. Groups like you see in OP are organized/gang activities and typically this is just a "stash" charge to add onto the indictment while they create a bigger case of whatever crime (usually drugs) the gang is primarily involved in.

They are entitled to the extra ammo because accurate shooting is a form of white supremecy.

I watched that video yesterday ... even downloaded it and shared it with friends.

It's infuriating.
