What can Abbott really do? If it’s federal land?

If companies continue to frac on it, would the feds send in troops to secure?

Also, what stops the states in the keystone path from working together to let the pipeline continue construction on state land instead of fed?

The guy that has been under investigation in the state and by the FBI since 2015ish? Who's own assistant AG's resigned and said he was taking bribes? I guess you put on the maga hat and all is forgiven.

I could see a scenario where the Texas National Guard is protecting the oil workers as Biden sends in federal troops. It is to that point now. This could be the even that truly sparks IT.

He can do allot. This is a Fact and I did not know this until the other day when I heard Paxton speaking on the local radio station.

In Texas only 2% of land is federally owned, meaning most oil and gas drilling occurs on private land.

This is why Texas is the economic engine of America along with having Big Nuts

The FBI is illegitimate. Their sole purpose now is destroying their master’s political enemies.

So aside from Keystone, Biden’s order really didn’t impact Texas

So what’s Abbott doing?

Which states NG are still there? I know a number of governors ordered them home. I’m assuming New York, Illinois, Cali, etc...

Biden’s very first day In office he’s showed extreme hostility towards Texas and the Energy industry by resorting to the Job killing Paris agreement and signing EO 13990.

Time for states to start kicking the feds out. It is debatable that feds owning land is even constitutional.

I think you make poor assumptions. You can support a bad person doing something good.

This could be seen as verification that he's doing a good job.
