Texas BANS Vaccine Mandates!

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott on Monday issued another executive order cracking down on COVID-19 vaccine mandates — this time banning any entity in Texas, including private businesses, from requiring vaccinations for employees or customers.
Abbott also called on the Legislature to pass a law with the same effect. The Legislature is in its third special legislative session, which ends Oct. 19.

TBD. This just sets it up so those going against getting the vax aren't alone. They have the state behind them. Ultimately, it will probably boil down to a ruling over states rights

Local and statewide health decisions have been the impetus for shutdowns and mask mandates. Hard to see a successful argument that at this point it is a Federal healthcare decision as the damn things is dying off anyways
