Cornyn voted for gun control.

That was unforgivable.

I was determined to get rid of him from that point on.

You are wrong about Kennedy. There has never been a whiff of corruption and he’s one of the smartest and most educated Senators.

The MAGA dudes put in Paxton. In the first primary Cornyn got 41.9% of the vote and Paxton got 40.7. And then MAGA dudes got locked in. If Paxton loses it is because of MAGA dudes.

Making this real easy for Talarico’s messaging people…

“At least he’s in Texas campaigning. Could have the guy being hosted (bribed) by 2 fugitives from US law, while also the state’s top LEO”

I’m not sure how much this story moves the needle, but whoever gave WSJ the video won’t be invited to future parties

It’s like they want to lose so they can then pretend they’re victims.

Nobody here ever does this. They make threads about them constantly.

In fact, there are threads about even made up hoaxes like Talarico going to Ohio.

I'm not going to pretend to know the whole situation that was going on in Dubai 2 years ago for Paxton standing near that guy. However, I also remember when the same media outlets were trumpeting that Trump was a convicted sex offender and insurectionist and bashed anyone that associated or supported him. I'd still vote for Paxton over Talarico anyway. Going to NYE in Singapore, Hong Kong, or Dubai would probably be a pretty awesome experience. I'm sure you can take pictures of many politicians at a same function as other indicted individuals. Hell, some of the indicted individuals are the politicians too.

Hmm okay

I dont give a crap about their personal life, I want them to do a job.

You can’t be serious, the speed on the contradiction is crazy.

Also related to this, all of the republicans talking point surrounding Talarico has been personal life attacks. Little policy discussions at all.

You should read the WSJ article before you dismiss this. One of the fugitives donated 190k to Paxton, including 25k in the days after his indictment.

Paxton was also there with his girlfriend but was still married and his wife had not yet filed for divorce. This is the same girlfriend he took to London for July 4.

All of this from the top prosecutor in Texas who has a long history of corruption and enriching himself while in public office.

ZOMG

The libtards are out in full force on this topic, it’s comical to read their crap!

Paxton is not losing, and if you haven’t learned by now the typical play by the liberal media regarding republicans, you are one dumb person!

Corrupt politicians that will vote the way I prefer most of the time or a crazy leftist democrat who will vote against me . Not sure how it’s a hard choice and why republicans keep this garbage going . Talarico , Brown (Ohio) and others will lose their reelection bids when it’s during a presidential race . For a democrat to hold a senate seat in a red state they have to be able to make republican voters like them after they stab the voter on the back . It takes a Joe Manchin type for that and even he stop running when he realized he wasn’t going to win reelection.

It's called, "Term Limits" cornyn and the bush family had to go.

Some people piss and moan about how old the potus is. Cornyn is 74 and out of touch.

Hunt will make decent Ambassador to Saudi and gain experience.

Paxton is the only choice.

You could ask the same question of the democrats.

Their choices are far worse.

What are you laughing at? Are you aware the guy got an undergraduate degree from Virginia, a law degree at Vanderbilt, and what is essentially a doctorate in law from Oxford?

Have you ever met him? Talked to him? You would not do so and walk away with the opinion you currently have.

Kennedy is a do nothing senator. Not surprised you like him and vouching for him in name of education.
