All of that is wildly incorrect. You basically posted the deranged view that radical leftists have of the Ivies, which is about 80 years out of date. Todays Ivies are overwhelmingly non-white. Further, if you take Jews out of the white column, there's hardly anybody left, and those few that are left are extremely woke (David Hogg for example).
What I said is accurate and first hand knowledge. I have had to recruit engineers on the east coast and I am very familiar with the ivy League process. Legacies are automatically accepted.
The non white issue is for accepting non legacy applicants. You have to realize there are two different categories of students.

ETA: 34 isn’t really something to brag about with an Ivy application.
34 is very much in line with Ivies. It's the avg for Princeton for example. It's not about "bragging." The point is is sure as shite isn't disqualifying either.

If you made $30m from an app why even go to college

Did he forget to list his pronouns on his transcript?
He should develop an app that allows the user to snap a picture of a girl he’s talking to at a bar and it alarms if she has a penis or did at one time.

Correct. I was coming to post something similar.
Where the fvck did you go and what was your ACT?

Is it right in the range. You have to have more than just a good SAT/ACT score to get into Ivy schools.
A 34 puts you into the lock range when you’ve already made 30 million dollars based on your own efforts.
How many standard deviations from the mean do you think that combination probably is?

Friend of mine who is a Vandy grad and his great, great grandfather is the one who got money from Cornelius to start the school and is buried on the campus, 3 of his kids with 4.0 and 35-36 ACT were wait listed at Vandy.
A guy I graduated with in high school that had a mediocre ACT and GPA got into Vandy, graduated, and has been very successful ever since.
I also know a ton of guys that got 35-36 on the ACT that have done nothing.
Say what you want about Malcolm Gladwell, but he hit the nail on the head when he compared the diminishing returns of intelligence to the height of NBA players. The greatest player in the history of the NBA wasn’t the tallest, he was just tall enough.
