I have no problem with them being charged for any crimes committed, but what laws were being broken is missing from the story aside from the gunshots after the dispersal. Are you aware of laws being broken while they were in the park? Not saying that there weren't, but those should be reported.

Yes, I do know of rules being broken. Houston Parks have a rule that group gatherings over 75 people must apply and attain a city park usage permit. Since they didn't get one then all were considered braking the rules and were trespassing.

What's debatable? They clearly broke a city ordinance which is breaking a rule and therefore they were trespassing. That is not debatable and yes the parents, who are responsible for the brats, should be held in punishment for their charges breaking rules. Possible jail time or at least a substantial fine. Make the teens do community service.That will help end the teen crime wave going on in the cities.
