Sports, particularly football, is an escape from politics and the harsh realities of everyday life. As a professional athlete that is gifted with physical abilities that allow you to do things others dream they could do AND you have been blessed with the opportunity to play a game for a profession for tons of money, you should give a lot of thought to the prospect of bringing the politics people are trying to escape from into your game.

Your life is blessed, so frick your escape? You're blessed, so now you get to ignore those who weren't? I don't think so...

You know it's a successful protest when it makes so many people uncomfortable.

Sure he does if that's his choice. You gonna support arrests for those that ignore pro athletes kneeling?

LOL

Look at you.

No, it would be a success if people were actually talking about what they are protesting. I think most people have no idea what the nfl is protesting.

You talking about those with their million dollar contracts that are becoming uncomfortable because of the backlash they are receiving? That's the only uncomfort I'm presently seeing.

Many are. That the less-intelligent among us are misconstruing it as an attack on the flag/troops doesn't change the fact that light has been and will continue to be shone on this issue.

The players are already caving. They must not care about their cause (whatever it is) very much

You are wrong. She can ignore anyone at any time. You can melt about it if you want. I would suggest you actually do something, as part of the permanently aggrieved, and stop virtue signaling on a message board though.

Talking to the finish line is silly. Look at you though.

Sounds as pathetic as if someone used microaggresion towards you. Such cheap and useless terms, latched on to by the simplest of their bases.

I understand that when people point out your virtue signaling it's a bit unnerving.

I have some suggestions for you while you are in the 904 if you really want to do something to help end the oppression.

I am glad we came to the agreement that everyone has the right to ignore anyone. I thought you had come off the rails with this statement.
