Bobby, I think that one is a fake, too. I posted it earlier and have seen it passed around. I saw some native speakers who say the storefront writing is a different/the wrong language.

Hey, my son in law was heading to Kuwait, he had a layover in Qatar on Tuesday. Should be in Kuwait now.....is there any way of knowing if Louisiana guardsmen are being redirected? I'm very concerned and of course we don't have contact with him at the moment.
