The Gateway Pundit has plenty of video from different areas of the country. Pretty brutal shite, but the Taliban is changed, they're peaceful, they're honorable. Don't watch Kabul, watch other cities where international media aren't present.

There was an American citizen on Fox earlier describing the situation when he tried to scope out the US-preferred method of walking up to the airport waving your papers around to gain entrance. He said that the crowd is thousands deep of people waving papers trying to get in and they’re pretty much being ignored. He said it’s not possible to even get up to the front. Sounds like there’s no one processing people outside either.
He did say there was a non-Taliban unit of Afghan troops out there, but when he was recording the scene, one of the soldiers came and and broke his phone on the ground.
So basically as big of a cluster as you’d expect, maybe even worse.
