I swear. Either there is a TON of misinformation or Western Media isn't covering shite.

quote:

Tought Evacuation: Indian Ambassador and close to 80 staff were hold up inside embassy in Kabul for 36 hrs as Talban refused to give passage.

It was only after Qatar, US and Iran intervention that safe passage was given to airport

ETA: India Ambassador is leaving Afghanistan, as well. That's confirmed by multiple outlets. They left for the airport in the middle of the night.

CNN reporters are describing a pretty grim situation, saying it is virtually impossible for an American to even make to the airport to escape.

The fact that CNN is reporting it in this manner, and not flying cover with positive spin, is indeed not good.

I imagine the Taliban C&C is a little loose right now.

Honestly save for that “mostly friendly” frick up, CNN has been doing a very good job covering this.

Regular MSM has been behind the entire time. As much as people love to hate it, Twitter has been the best source. It is international and news outlets have been doing a pretty good job of vetting stuff.

Some sources, however are still in hopeful spin mode, and have been reliant upon official, established channels. That's fine, if you can parse propaganda from reality.

Tom Tugenhat blasts US/Biden on Withdrawl

UK MP Tom Tugendhat on Afghan withdrawal is the best speech/message I've heard from anyone yet on the situation

8 mins long but this is a MUST watch/listen and his absolute dismantling of the United States before the UK Parliament. "Those who have never fought for the colors of the flag they fly should be careful criticizing those who have" is an a nuclear bomb going off on Joe Biden's feet. The 2:18 mark is heart wrenching to watch for everyone.

The UK has troops out rounding up people which has pissed of the US folks.

Hell, at least 2 planes (Australia/German) have departed the airport with less than 3 dozens refugees total. Germany had been informed that they had 150 Germans at the airport ready for evacuation, yet only 7 left on the German plane.

I've seen some unverified reports from the UK that A LOT of US/Afghan equipment has been moved to Pakistan.

There has been footage for the last few days showing US military equipment in Iran and Uzbekistan.

Yeah, these cats that rolled through an entire country in Toyotas with Dishkas mounted in the back and AKs in hand are gonna take a strongly worded letter super serious.

They're literally a bunch of Karens asking to speak to the Taliban manager.

The UK, Germany, France, Belgium, India, etc have all significantly distanced themselves from the United States and are now openly attacking the US as untrustworthy and no longer the country we can ever rely upon like they once could.

I listened to the whole thing and it made me feel ashamed to be an American and it should make the US Administration feel like shite, especially our Commander in Chief. Tugenhat became emotional but held himself together to deliver the message.

None of them want to work with our shady government because its been proven they can't be trusted. Hell, the UK has a battalion on point monitoring US troops to see if they just up and leave with no advance warning.

That's because we now have a history of doing just that.

They need to just call out Biden.

Saying the US is untrustworthy is crap and is infuriating.

They barely helped in the war on terror, some more than others, some of those euro trash countries need to shut their fricking mouths.

It actually makes that line and the accusations about the Afghan army very despicable.

Even more so when you find out that they suffered 50,000 casualties fighting alongside our boys.
