That coupled with the fact that probably a majority of Americans have completely cut out the news from their viewing/browsing habits. If it doesn't come as a push notification from Apple, Google, or Twitter, they don't hear about it.

These people need to:
(1) fill out the required online Governmental applications. Orderly means ignore the fact the internet and electricity are down right now because they will come back on soon and you can get those applications as soon as this minor inconvenience is rectified.
(2) bring their mandated paperwork to the airport. Orderly means someone at the airport will have your Green Card so just wait in line because your former employer will drop off any deficient documentation to us at the airport while you are waiting patiently.
(3) Please have your COVID vaccination paperwork and bring a current (within the last 24 hrs) COVID Negative test to the airport. Orderly means you can go to the Kabul Walgreens and get the 24 hr test today otherwise your taking up space in the line and creating Chaos for the others who have this documentation ready now.

My wife and I talk frequently about people we know who react to serious situations in life by seeking attention on social media. My take is that "it's who they are, it's all they know, how else would they react in crisis"?
I think it's the same here for our ruling class and the left. When faced with true peril and conflict, it's not in their DNA to react any other way. They have no experience handling crisis any other way.
