You know what's stupid about outlawing "hate speech"?
Anyone can just make up a new set of words that arent written into the law to disparage lbgtq people all the same.
Eventually they'll have a dictionary sized word bank of "hate speech".

Me thinking that trans people are weird or mentally unstable has nothing to do with any phobia

Agreed, but that's not the fricking point.
"Hate speech" being punishable by 3 years imprisonment is absolutely fricking insane. Who determines what is and isn't "hate speech".
