Federal funding doesn’t negate constitutional rights,

what constitutional right is being negated?
participating in the program is voluntary.
working for a facility that participates in the program is voluntary.

literally everyone involved gets to make a choice.

the people giving the money gets to choose the guidelines (a guideline that falls in line with previous guidelines that everyone accepted with no issues).

the facility gets to choose whether or not be a part of the program.

the individual gets to choose if they want to work at that facility.

so what rights get neglected?

"The question, then, is whether the Act plainly authorizes
the Secretary’s mandate. It does not. The Act empowers
the Secretary to set workplace safety standards, not broad
public health measures."

This sums up the opinion of the USSC....THe OSHA secretary stepped over it's authority boundary!

Thanks you USSC....6-3!

PS: Go read the ruling, it is very interesting.

"Common sense prevails"

Thank GOD....

Common sense has not been available since these buffoons have been in office!

The fact that many people were fired or quit over this is absurd.

It’s simple. If you’re pro-business, this was a HUGE win today.

MANY were ready to seek other employment had the idiotic mandates remained.

Gotta love the disingenuous people who ram Obamacare down our throats and the entire medical system and then try to gaslight the public into believing it’s a easy as finding another clinic/hospital that is self paying to work at.

Which hospitals do you suggest they apply at?

So clever.... It’s as though you suddenly forget we were discussing the rights of healthcare workers.

Shocking.

the way she explained it to me is that as long as the clinic/provider accepts Medicare/Medicaid, they’re governed by them.

Well shite. That's pretty much everywhere then.

shocking that you either willfully ignore the wording of the rulings, or are too ignorant to grasp what you read.

this does not apply to all healthcare workers. so please quit acting like it does.

this only applies to those VOLUNTARILY participating in a government program.

in order to participate in this VOLUNTARY program, you have to meet the guidelines.

don’t like the guidelines? then don’t fricking participate in a voluntary program.

only people that CHOOSE to participate in this program have to get the jab.

so what right is violated?

33% approval rating for the worst President in modern history.

And frick the 3 Supreme Court justices who voted in favor, there’s no rational basis for the Covid shot mandate given the spike in cases, with 80% of Americans haven taking the shot.

He claims credit for getting them invented and on the market.

There in nothing wrong with offering people alternatives. If you are going to give him credit then, yes, he got them for us.

Brandon seems to bear the responsibility for trying to force them on us.

People need to refuse. If they mandate that I have to take the shot to receive medicare pay, I'll tell them to piss off. Gives me an excuse to quit seeing medicare patients with that shitty reimbursement without being the bad guy. Will be able to cut my staff in half.

If all healthcare companies were to tell the government to go screw itself, this crap would go away.

What is the government going to do when no one can treat its Medicaid and Medicare patients?

It's a big bluff by the Feds and it could easily be defeated by sticking together.
