Should the dems gain control of both chambers, my expectation is that their best path forward in the eyes of the public will be to reign in the extreme self dealing going on at the White House and amongst the presidents friends and family members. The message is “you the people are struggling economically, these fat cats are laughing to the bank off of your tax dollars”
If the dems are smart, their focus should remain on affordability and the optics of Trump vetoing any legislation intended to restrict his grifting will not be looked on kindly by the voters.

Trump already said he'll make deals, so Dems will get some things eventually. Just have to take what we can get until 2028.

Unfortunately, the Democrats in Congress will just spend their way to getting Trump to sign their spending bills. They'll have just enough spending in there to advance Trumps agenda, but will include Billions upon Billions in spending to advance the Democrat agenda, as well.
