Here’s how much money presidents have raised for their libraries.

Biden: ONLY $4m (goal was $200m to $300m)
Obama: $1.5B to $1.6B
George W. Bush: $500m +
Clinton: $165m
George H.W. Bush: $43m
Reagan: $57-$60m
Carter: $26m (In 1981)

How does the most popular president of all with 81m+ votes in 2024 only get $4m from his supporter to build his library?

Trump raised 900m after his first term.

I can't imagine a bigger oxymoron than "Biden library".

Using library fundraising as proof of electoral legitimacy is like judging a football team by gift shop revenue.

Additionally, what in the frick in that Soviet style monstrosity of the Obama library is worth 1.5 billion? They need to audit that shite.

Nah. I think Presidential Libraries are important to preserve history. I remember visiting the Truman library in Missouri as a kid. It was interesting.

Problem is, some of these libraries are nothing more than money laundering schemes...Obama.

Most of those 81 million were dead in '20.
Dead voters can't donate money 6 years later

Depends what you are trying to judge about the football team. Are you judging how effective their O-line is? Then gift shop revenue is useless.

If you are judging how popular a team is, then gift shop revenue is likely highly correlated to popularity just as money raised for a vanity project such as a library is also likely highly correlated to popularity (ability to draw votes) of a President.

What is worse is that he didn’t even raise $4 million for his library. Every dollar of that $4 million is leftover from his 2021 inauguration.

How much of what the Kenyan raised has just been outright stolen?

Another strange number? 87,000!! That’s how many IRS agents were hired by Biden and none of them found the fraud in Minnesota?

Correlated? Sure. Equivalent? Not even close. Presidential libraries are funded by wealthy donors, foundations, and institutional networks. Votes come from millions of ordinary people who never write six-figure checks.
