If I were guessing, I would say if they were brought into consult on a situation that their knowledge and experience may be an asset, but would also require them to access sensitive government material. I don't think it would mean that they could pull whatever file on area 51 that they want to see or delete. I could be wrong though.

They are burying her political future. The Clintons did a lot of damage to careers in their reign, they made a lot of enemies. Don't think she'll be considered for much going forward.
