Probably won't be the worst thing corporate-wide to close for a day and offer fun paid training for their staff. They can cover tons more than "racial sensitivity" and can probably give out prizes, etc. to improve morale.
Chick Fil-A closes at least 52 more days per year than Starbucks and still thrives. This is probably a win-win-win for Starbucks.

I enjoy ordering a "tall hot blonde" at Starbucks in my best Buffalo Bill voice ... and then acting all disappointed when I get the cup.

Yeah, I already posted about my options.
BTW, when Schultz did his 'conversation about race' thing, I asked the black manager of my SB why we weren't having any conversations about race.
She said that it was put up for vote at each SB. Staff at mine voted unanimously not to participate.

This is essentially what happened in Milwaukee after the Starbucks employees called the police on Dontre Hamilton and he wound up dead. From then on the cops in MKE did frick all about black homeless people. They literally sleep on the street with actual shite showing through their pants, scaring suburban families and children, and cops won't do anything.
The only saving grace is that it's such brutal weather in MKE that they're only a problem for like 5 months of the year.
