Bad decision by the DA and an injustice for the victim.
She had no need to shoot him or fear for her life especially when she got out of her car with the gun and shot him when he was a car length away and never laid a hand on her.
Too bad he probably doesn`t have anyone to fight for him.
Sad situation.

If you were familiar with the facts of the case you would understand why she wasn't charged. Dude wouldn't leave her alone and was shot after repeated warnings to do so.

Dude was acting crazy and coming towards her. She told him more than once if he kept coming at her she would shoot him. He kept walking and now he's dead. This is a literal FAFO situation.
